Satmya

Welcome

Satmya is a complementary medicine clinic offering a distinctive health care service combining the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with Western Natural Therapies

Satmya, pronounced "sat-mee-ya" originates in the ancient Sanskrit language and is used in Ayurveda to denote an important principle of health. It basically means "wholesome adaptation through gradual change". We called our clinic Satmya as it underlies our core philosophy & applies to both Ayurveda & Naturopathy.

Satmya is situated in Killaloe, an idyllic little village located on the banks of the river Shannon, not far from Lough Derg. The village itself is steeped in history, reputed for its links with both the early Christian period & the last King of Ireland, Brian Boru.

Take a look around our website for more information & if you have any queries or want to make a booking just call us on 061 622751 or email us at health@satmya.com.
